RAMUAN : Rempah Kari, Minyak Kelapa Sawit, Jus Asam Jawa, Garam, Bawang Merah,Bawang Putih dan Halba Campur

CARA MEMASAK: 

  1. Masukkan 300ml air
  2. Masukkan pes kari dan tunggu hingga mendidih
  3. Masukkan potongan ikan/ayam/daging/ kambing. Tambah air asam dan santan jika perlu
  4. Masukkan sayur-sayuran
  5. Tunggu sehingga mendidih dan sedia untuk dihidang

Hidangan ini untuk 3-4orang

INGREDIENTS : Curry powder, Palm oil, Tamarind juice, Salt, Onion, Garlic,
mixture of curry spices

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add 300ml of water
  2. Add the curry paste and wait until it boil
  3. Add pieces of fish/chicken/meat/mutton. Add tamarind water and coconut milk if necessary
  4. Add vegetables
  5. Wait until boiling and ready to serve
