COD Terms
Admin Charge $1 or 3% whichever is higher.
Shipping Terms
- Delivery will be attempted up to a maximum of 3 times on 3 different working days.
- Drop-off warehouse operating hours are from 10am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holidays), unless otherwise communicated
- For SG, pick-ups will happen Mon-Fri (1pm-6pm). The cut-off time for order submission for same day collection is 1pm.
- For KLV, pick-ups will happen Mon-Fri (3pm-9pm). The cut-off time for order submission for same day collection is 3pm.
- For Jabodetabek, pick-ups will happen Mon-Fri (1pm-8pm). The cut-off time for order submission for same day collection is 1230pm.
- End-to-end tracking will be available via Janio's tracker site (tracker.janio.asia).
- Higher of actual weight or volumetric weight will be used. Volumetric weight is calculated as ( length(cm) x breadth (cm) x height(cm) ) / 5000.
- Package should not exceed 30kg (volumetric and actual weight), with a longest side of 100cm.
- Additional DDP surcharge of USD 35 is applicable for each delivery to Australia, The Americas, Brunei, Canada, Europe (1) and (2), India, Korea, Japan and New Zealand. - Janio reserves the right at any time to amend, modify or discontinue the services, tariffs and applicable terms and conditions with 30 days notice.
