There are many different types of dates with over 1,500 varieties! They are separated into 3 categories; dry dates, semi-dry dates, and soft dates[1].
Soft dates are moist, chewy, and fleshy. Examples of it are Medjool and Bahri.

Kurma Shake[3]
Ingredients

1 frozen banana
-
4 dates (pitted - remove the pit)
-
1 tablespoon of almond butter or any peanut butter of your choice
-
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
-
550ml of almond milk or any milk of your choice
Steps
Add all the ingredients into the blender and blend until it is nice and creamy. Pour into your preferred cup and you are good to go!

Ingredients

Dates (pitted - remove the pit)

Almond butter or any peanut butter of your choice

Melted chocolate
-
Chopped peanuts
Steps
-
Fill the pitted dates with almond butter. Sprinkle some chopped peanuts.

Close and dip the dates till it is all immersed in the melted chocolate.

Sprinkle some chopped peanuts on top.

Chill them until the chocolate sets.
